Cancelled Games
In the event that a team has to cancel their game :-
- Contact your opponent to inform them.
- Contact the teams that you were supplying an scorer for, if they still wish you to supply a scorer then you will have to still cover their game.
- Contact the teams who were providing a scorer for your game to inform them they no longer need to score your game.
- If your team where on score card rota either 7.15 or 9.30 then you must organise for the team playing either after or before you to take on the responsibility of your rota.
- Contact the Results Secretary to inform of your cancelled game.
